3. Accounts & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with security or availability.
- Do not violate applicable laws (including Japanese laws) or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
5. Paid Subscriptions; Changes
If you purchase paid subscriptions, billing and plan details are shown at checkout and/or in your account. We may change pricing, plans, or features by notice, where permitted by applicable law.
To the extent this transaction falls under “specified commercial transactions,” you will be provided the required seller/service provider disclosures.
6. AI/Generated Outputs; No Guaranteed Results
The Service may use automated methods (including AI) to produce suggestions, drafts, or other outputs (“Outputs”). Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using Outputs.
We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of any information produced or displayed by the Service.
7. Integrations (e.g., POS)
Any integrations (including POS integrations, if available) depend on third-party systems and availability. We do not guarantee continued availability, functionality, or compatibility with third-party products.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its technology, excluding your content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
9. Privacy & Personal Information
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If we collect, use, or otherwise process personal data from Japanese users, we will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, including handling, disclosure, purpose-of-use, and related compliance duties.

10. Notices, Communications & Marketing Emails
If we send specified electronic mail (including certain promotional or marketing emails) where applicable, we comply with the Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail, including labeling and sender identification obligations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF LESS, THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, and employees from and against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially violate these Terms or as otherwise permitted by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, except as stated in these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
